Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Nesoi Travel as Agent in Principle
1.1 Role of Nesoi Travel:

Nesoi Travel acts solely as an agent in arranging and facilitating bookings on behalf of third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, and other travel-related services (hereafter referred to as "Service Providers"). Nesoi Travel does not directly provide these services.

1.2 Principle of Service Providers:

The booking contract is made directly between you (the customer) and the relevant Service Provider. Each Service Provider has its own terms and conditions that will apply to your booking. By making a booking through Nesoi Travel, you agree to be bound by both Nesoi Travel's terms and the terms and conditions of the specific Service Provider(s).

1.3 Liability:

Nesoi Travel is not liable for any issues or disputes arising from the provision of services by third-party Service Providers, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, changes in itinerary, or the quality of services provided. Any claims or issues must be addressed directly with the relevant Service Provider.

1.4 Payments to Service Providers:

When making a booking through Nesoi Travel, any payments you make for the services of third-party Service Providers are passed on to them. Nesoi Travel will not be responsible for any additional fees, charges, or refunds that may be due to you from the Service Provider.

1.5 Changes and Cancellations by Service Providers:

If a Service Provider makes changes to your booking, such as cancellation or modification of services, Nesoi Travel will inform you as soon as possible. Any adjustments, refunds, or alternative arrangements will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Service Provider.

1.6 Travel Documents:

Nesoi Travel assists in arranging travel-related documents (e.g., tickets, vouchers) issued by Service Providers. You are responsible for checking that all documents are accurate and meet the requirements of your trip. Nesoi Travel is not liable for any discrepancies or omissions once these documents are issued by the Service Provider.

1.7 Disputes with Service Providers:

In the event of any dispute between you and the Service Provider, Nesoi Travel will endeavor to assist where possible but is not responsible for resolving such disputes. Resolution of any issues, including refunds or compensation, will be governed by the Service Provider's terms and conditions.

1.8 Agency Fees:

In some cases, Nesoi Travel may charge a service or booking fee for acting as an agent. Any such fees will be clearly communicated to you during the booking process.

2. General Information

2.1 These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for bookings made with Nesoi Travel (referred to as "we," "us," or "our").

2.2 By making a booking, the client (referred to as "you" or "customer") agrees to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in cancellation or additional fees.

3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process:

A booking is considered confirmed once full or partial payment is made, and a confirmation email or receipt is issued.

3.2 Payment Methods:

We accept BACS bank transfer, cash, debit, credit card and American Express on request.

3.3 Deposit:

3.3 Deposit: A deposit will be agreed at the time of booking and is required to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

3.4 Full Payment:

Full payment must be received by the date stated on your confirmation.

3.5 Late Payments:

If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund.

4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation by You:

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email. The following charges apply:

  • Cancellations made before your balance due date as per your confirmation then your cancellation charge will be loss of deposit. 

  • Cancellations made after your balance due date will be subject to higher cancellation charges depending on cancellation date and time to departure date. This will be confirmed to you at the time you enquire about cancellation charges on your booking. 

4.2 Cancellation by Us:

We reserve the right to cancel bookings under unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.). In such cases, you will receive options from us in writing.

5. Amendments to Your Booking
5.1 Changing Your Booking:

If you wish to amend your booking (e.g., dates, number of people, services), please contact us in writing. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refunds will only be made according to the cancellation terms in Section 4.

6.2 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used or bank transfer for the booking, within 28 days after cancellation.

7. No-Show Policy

7.1 Failure to show up for your booking without prior notice will result in full payment being charged, and no refund will be provided.

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay/event/service, unless caused by our negligence.

8.2 We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel or event insurance.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 We are not responsible for any failure to fulfill the booking due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, and government actions.

10. Privacy Policy

10.1 All personal information provided during the booking process will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
